Where do you deliver?
- We deliver in over 4600 cities within India.
- Currently, we do not deliver overseas.
Can I choose the delivery time?
- All hand-deliveries are made between 8 am – 10 pm.
- All courier products are delivered between 9 am – 9 pm through our selected courier partners.
Are there any delivery charges?
- There are no extra charges for the free delivery slot.
How can I track my order?
- You can track your order status by visiting the “My Account” section and selecting the relevant order.
What happens if the delivery time lapses?
- If your chosen delivery time slot has lapsed, please contact our customer support team at contact.us@cimplifabb.com for assistance.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
- Our customer support team will try their best to coordinate with the store or courier partner in case you wish to cancel or modify the order. Please contact us at contact.us@cimplifabb.com for support.
What is your Return policy?
- No returns are allowed. However, if the product received is damaged/defective, please report the issue to our customer support team at contact.us@cimplifabb.com within 48 hrs of delivery.
Can I opt for a refund?
- We do not offer a refund in cases such as delivery to an incorrect address, recipient not present, or product quality concerns caused by improper handling. However, in cases of product being damaged due to our fault at the time of delivery, in compliance with RBI guidelines, the refund amount, as applicable, shall be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
When will the Refund amount get credited to the original mode of payment?
The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment. The timeline for this depends on your bank’s policies.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, and major wallets.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not provide COD option.
Can I apply a discount code after making the payment?
No, discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout in the ‘Order Summary’ section.
How do I redeem my discount coupon?
To redeem your voucher, log in to your Cimplifabb account, select the product, and enter the coupon code during checkout.
What should I do if my discount/gift coupon is not working?
In rare instances when the discount/gift coupon is not working, please contact our customer support team.
What is My Account?
My Account allows you to recall your personal information when placing future orders, making the process faster and more convenient.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you forgot your password, follow the steps in the My Account section to reset it.
Can I remove products from my Cart?
Yes, you can remove products from your Cart by clicking on ‘Manage Your Cart’ and selecting the items you wish to remove.
